We act as an independent project management and advisory partner for private, industrial, commercial, municipal, First Nation and heavy civil construction projects.
Our role is simple:
To protect the owner’s interests from planning through delivery and warranty period.

• Project advisory and monitoring
Acting on behalf of the owner to advise and manage scope, cost, schedule, safety, environmental stewardship and risk mitigation.
• Risk identification and mitigation
Identifying delivery, cost, and schedule risks early before they become expensive problems.
• Delivery model and contract selection
Advising on procurement and contract strategies aligned with project complexity and owner risk tolerance.
• Consultant and contractor engagement
Structuring teams, roles, and accountability to support effective project execution.
• Site and project feasibility support
Providing practical input during early planning to inform sound investment decisions.
• Reporting
Provide reporting as per the contract and owners requirements.
